User Journeys

User journey research involved grouping personas in scenarios informed by their ethnographical categories. Using these scenarios, members of the Crossing Fonds team completed and shared user journeys outlining the needs, expectations, and frustrations of their personas and what potential interfaces and functionality may emerge in response. This workshop was attended by both the Interpretations and Research Access Committee.
